In my sessions i will be using cognitive therapy methods as well as coaching methods, yoga and somatic practises for the best possible effect of the session.

I believe that our thoughts create or emotions. And that approximately 95% of our thoughts stem from the subconscious mind. Therefore it is extremely important to be aware of your thoughts and how they affect your body, because your thoughts will affect your emotions and actions.  

With the help of cognitive therapy you will be able to be more aware of your thoughts, feelings and actions. By being aware you will also be able to change distructive and negative thought patterns  and beliefs about yourself and your circumstances .

 Self awarness is key to change. Knowing how you as an individual function is fundamental to change your life and patterns. By learning and integrating new beliefs and more positive thoughts about yourself you will also experience a different way of feeling and behaving.
